UHF Sensor
An omnidirectional, high-gain, broadband UHF sensor operating from 300 MHz to 3000 MHz. The dielectric inspection window that contacts transformer insulating oil is made of reinforced nylon PA66, with a double oil-seal ring design and a detachable antenna structure. It has passed characteristic testing by Taiwan Power Research Institute.

The UHF Sensor (Ultra High Frequency Sensor) features omnidirectional reception, high gain, and broad bandwidth response. It effectively receives ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic wave signals generated by Partial Discharge (PD) in high-voltage equipment, improving PD detection sensitivity and signal identification.

This product operates from 300 MHz to 3000 MHz, matching the ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic signal range generated by partial discharge. It captures PD signal characteristics more completely and is suitable for partial discharge monitoring of transformers, GIS, and high-voltage power equipment.

The UHF Sensor's omnidirectional reception and high-gain characteristics effectively reduce environmental noise interference and improve Partial Discharge Detection accuracy. It is suitable for high-voltage equipment monitoring, Online Partial Discharge Monitoring, and insulation condition diagnostics in complex electromagnetic environments.

Reinforced nylon PA66 inspection window: high-pressure resistance, high-temperature resistance, and oil resistance
The dielectric inspection window in the base flange that contacts transformer insulating oil is made of reinforced nylon PA66 in a cylindrical structure, offering high pressure resistance, high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, and high mechanical strength. This meets the requirements for long-term online monitoring and highly reliable operation of oil-immersed transformers.

Double oil-seal ring design with bidirectional check and anti-leakage capability
The UHF Sensor uses a double oil-seal ring structure with bidirectional check and leakage prevention capabilities, improving the safety and stability of transformer partial discharge monitoring systems and reducing the risks of insulating oil leakage and maintenance.

Detachable antenna structure for safer and easier maintenance
The antenna uses a detachable structure. When maintenance or sensor replacement is required, the transformer does not need to be powered off or drained of oil. Maintenance can be completed by removing the sensor fixing screws, greatly reducing downtime costs and improving on-site maintenance efficiency.

This product has passed characteristic testing by Taiwan Power Research Institute, including sensitivity and VSWR tests. It provides stable ultra-high-frequency partial discharge signal reception and is suitable for online monitoring and predictive maintenance systems for high-voltage power equipment.
